•如果工厂灯泡兼容，则不包括灯泡/球形灯。
•除非另有说明，否则无需说明、模板或硬件。
•强制性安装前测试：
- 安装前对所有照明产品进行台架测试。
- 对于 ECU/BCM 控制的灯，使用工厂连接器进行测试，无需物理安装。
•建议专业安装：裸线可能需要硬接线。安装错误概不退货。
•前照灯调平：需要手动调节以符合道路规定。
•灯泡/LED 合规性：仅使用指定的光源以避免损坏。
•装配：根据 OEM 标准进行试装。面板间隙细微变化（≤8毫米）是可以接受的。
•通风：符合 ADR 且达到 IP54 等级（非完全密封）。
•不包括镜片磨损：不包括因环境暴露而导致的镜片变黄/破裂。
•需要检查：交货后 24 小时内报告缺失/损坏的零件。
**SHIPPING POLICY**
• **Processing**: Ships from Melbourne in 1–4 business days (headlights/taillights may take 4 days).
• **Free domestic shipping**: Orders over **$250** (signature required).
• **International orders**:
- Buyer responsible for customs/duties.
- **Compliance**: Verify local regulations before purchase.
• **No address changes** after payment.
• **1-year limited warranty** covers **functional defects only**. Excludes:
- Physical damage (scratches, peeling, yellowing, etc.).
- Bulbs, car body parts, or wheels.
• **Claim process**:
- Proof of professional installation may be required.
- Repairable items must be returned at buyer’s expense.
- Replacement or refund if repair is impossible.
• **Warranty shipping**: FlashMods covers return freight **within VIC & NSW only** for valid claims.
• **15-day return window** (from delivery date):
- Items must be **unused, undamaged**, and in original packaging.
- **Buyer covers return shipping** unless faulty (see Warranty).
• **Restocking fees**:
- 15% for headlights/taillights.
- 10% if packaging is damaged but product is intact.
• **Process**:
- Request a **Return Authorization (RMA)** via [FlashMods Portal](link).
- No returns accepted without approval.
• **Exclusions**:
- Installed, modified, or gift cards.
- International returns must comply with local export laws.
